About The Event

What could be more fun than cupcakes and wine together? Join us for this spectacular wine tasting event with both sweet and savory selections.

Join us at this inaugural event featuring wines from Branch and Vine, paired with the cupcakes of Frostings Bake Shop. Entertainment will include live music by the Folk Rock duo of Windy Ridge and a special performance from the Richmond Men's Chorus. Special VIPs will be at the event to share words of inspiration regarding Diversity and the RVA Community.

The Gay Fathers Community is celebrating their 21st anniversary and bringing Richmond together to celebrate community, diversity and fatherhood. Partnered with Diversity Richmond we are looking forward to an evening full of great wine, delicious cupcakes and cool music.

Branch and Vine is a casual cafe and wine shop lounge in the Fan and is the perfect venue to host this event. Select wines from local wineries will be showcased. Celebrity Pastry Chef, Matt Fraker, owner of Frostings Bake Shop, will bring his amazing cupcakes specifically paired with the wines, and will release a new flavor designated for this event. Chef Fraker and Frostings was featured on Season 4 of the Food Network's Cupcake Wars.

The cover charge is $20 and includes a cupcake and wine pairing, live music, and a charitable donation to a great cause. Cover charge may be paid online through Eventbrite, or at the door.
